AquaLogix Resistance Fins
The Aqualogix Fitness System is a multi-patented, diverse array of aquatic exercise equipment that are perfect for aquatic fitness workouts, cardio, core, strengthening and injury recovery training.
Aqualogix Resistance Fins (resistance blades) are available in High Speed or Max Resistance. They attach as a cuff on the ankle to provide lower body resistance in all planes of motion. They can be worn on the wrist to provide hands-free upper body resistance. This benefits users with hand or wrist injuries and limitations or in conjunction with the bells for added resistance.
Blue Fins provide more resistance/slower tempo than the Green Fin version
